泌乳早期乳中尿素氮含量对奶牛繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:为探索奶牛泌乳早期乳中尿素氮含量对产后繁殖性能的影响,本研究选取海丰奶牛场的头胎荷斯坦牛1932头,于产犊后30d内采集乳样,测定乳中尿素氮含量,并收集试验牛只产后繁殖资料,用多因素方差分析法分析乳中尿素氮对产后繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,试验牛只产犊后1个月内乳中尿素氮含量为9.22±2.78mg/dL;乳中尿素氮含量对个体情期受胎率有显著影响(P〈0.05),而对产后首次配种天数有极显著影响(P〈0.01),乳中尿素氮含量大于15mg/dL的奶牛产后第一次配种天数显著高于低于此数值的奶牛,且个体情期受胎率显著低于此数值低的奶牛。同时乳中尿素氮含量与个体情期受胎率呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01)。据此认为,作为反映能氮平衡的关键指标,泌乳早期乳中尿素氮含量可作为预测奶牛产后繁殖性能的指标加以利用。

Abstract:To explore the effects of the early lactation milk urea nitrogen(MUN) on the reproductive performances of cows, 1932 dairy cows in Haifeng Dairy cattle farm were chosed. Milk samples were collected from all cows within 30 days postpartum and the MUN were measured, and the reproductive performances for all cows in this study were collected. The effects of the early lactation MUN on the reproductive performances were analyzed using multiple factors ANOVA. The results showed that, the MUN of dairy cow within 30 days postpartum were 9.22~2.78mg/dL. The MUN has significant effects on the individual conception rate, and has greatly significant effects on the days from calving to first service(P〈0.01). Animals with a MUN more than 15 mg/dL in early lactation have a longer days from calving to first service, and a lower conception rate than other animals. The MUN showed a highly significant negative correlation with individual conception rate(P〈0.01). Therefore, the early lactation MUN was the prognostic values on reproductive performances and can be using in the management of dairy cows.
