哌嗪-2-羧酸单一对映体产生菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:经选择性富集、分离得到4株可以选择性转化(R,S)-哌嗪-2-甲酰胺产生(S)-哌嗪-2-羧酸单一对映体的菌株和1株可以选择性转化(R,S)-哌嗪-2-甲酰胺产生(R)-哌嗪-2-羧酸单一对映体的菌株。通过基于16SrD-NA序列分析的系统发育分析和形态培养特征观察、生理生化特征分析对试验菌株进行鉴定,结果表明:菌株412和437分别属于鲁氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter lwoffii)和琼氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacterjunii),菌株211和610属于短波单胞菌属(Brevundimonas)、菌株416属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。

Abstract:Five strains that can selectively biotransform the racemic(R,S)-piperazine-2-carboxamide to produce single enantiomers were obtained by enrichment and selective isolation,of which 4 strains could produce(S)-piperazine-2-carboxylic acid and one strain produce(R)-piperazine-2-carboxylic acid.These strains were identified to species or genus level by the intergrated results of 16S rDNA phylogenetic analyses,morphology and culture characteristics,as well as physiological and biochemical features.Strains 412 and 437 could be identified as Acinetobacter lwoffii and Acinetobacterjunii,respectively;Strains 211 and 610 belonged to Brevundimonas,and strain 416 belonged to Pseudomonas.
