| 摘 要： | 自2007年9月以来，重庆某肉鸡养殖场的15～30日龄肉鸡流行一种以纤维素渗出性心包炎、气囊炎和肝周炎为主要特征的疾病。为探索该病病因及制定有效防治措施，笔者对其病原菌进行了分离鉴定及生物学特性观察。利用SS营养琼脂平板分离，经生化及PCR鉴定出26株肠炎沙门氏菌。分离菌株能将试验鸡、鸭及小鼠致死，并能复制出与临床表现一致的病例。药敏试验结果显示，26株分离菌对阿莫西林、氧氟沙星等常用抗菌药物广泛耐药。以CQ0709株制备灭活菌苗免疫5日龄鸡后15 d，及12日龄注射特异性蛋黄抗体后24 h对人工感染均有很好的保护力。以上结果表明，耐药性肠炎沙门氏菌是危害重庆某肉鸡养殖场肉鸡的病原。
