| 摘 要： | 理论分析表明,IPO融资通过投资效应、财富效应、资本配置效率效应影响地区经济。进一步以1990～2008年间的人均IPO筹资额和人均实际GDP水平数据为样本空间进行的ECM模型检验发现,少数民族地区与发达地区经济差距与IPO融资差距之间存在正向的长期均衡关系。因此,提升少数民族地区IPO融资额度,可以有效缩小其与发达地区的经济差距。

| Abstract: | Through the academic analysis,three kind of mechanism conduct the affiliation between IPO and regional economy,which include investment effect,capital allocation efficiency and wealth effect.According to the result of ECM based on average real GDP per capita and average IPO funding per capita from 1990 to 2008,it was found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between regional disparity and regional IPO funding difference between ethnic minority areas and developed areas.Therefore,upgrading IPO funding in ethnic minority areas can effectively reduce regional economic disparity. |
