摘    要:目的]快速测定大花蕙兰和墨兰花粉活力,保证人工杂交育种有效开展。方法]以大花蕙兰和墨兰花粉为材料,用离体培养法和TTC染色法分别测定花粉活力,同时进行不同温度贮藏试验。结果]TTC染色法所测得的花粉活力均略高于离体培养法,TTC对花粉染色12 h即可达到较好的观察效果;-20和-80℃冷藏花粉1年后仍保持较高活力。结论]TTC法操作简便,需时短,可作为大花蕙兰和墨兰花粉活力测定便捷、有效的方法。-20℃低温、干燥条件可作为大花蕙兰和墨兰花粉保存的简易方法。
