| 摘 要： | 脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)是桑树中含量较高的一种多羟基哌啶生物碱,具有降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等生物活性,应用前景广阔.本文从DNJ的提取方法、活性研究和应用方面综述了其研究进展.

| Abstract: | 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ),one of the polyhydroxylated piperidines alkaloids in mulberry,can exhibit antidiabetic,antiviral and anticancer effects.So it has entensive practical prospect.The methods of the extraction and examination of the bioactivity,and the application were summarized in this paper. |
