| 摘 要： | 毛白杨Popvlvs tomentosa Carr.1—2年生根萌条分别扦插于蛭石、砂土及水中。从外部形态观察到,不定根多发生于切面及靠近切面的部位。从横切面上观察到,不定根原基起源于髓射线与维管形成层交叉的部位。大约经12—14天,不定根原基发育为幼小不定根并伸出周皮之外。在1—2年生的未离体枝条中也发现有不定根原基的存在。

| Abstract: | The root sucker 1-2 years old in Populus tomentosa are placed in vermiculite, sand and water respectively. From outward appearance adventitious roots are formed from the region near or on sections of stems-cuttings. From cross sections of stems-cuttings, a primordium of adventitious roots originates from the cross region of pith rays and vascular cambium. After 12-14 days, adventitious root primordia developed into young adventitious roots. There is preformed adventitious root primordia in the stems 1-2 years old before their removal from the tree. |
