大豆生育过程中主茎叶片光合、蒸腾、呼吸及水导性的动态研究

摘    要:本研究在大豆全生育期间,对主茎叶片四个生理特性进行了活体同步跟踪测定。结果表明:①主茎各节位叶的光合速率、蒸腾速率及叶导性均在叶片个体发育中呈单峰曲线变化;同时,暗呼吸速率则在叶片伸展初期表现出最大值,之后随叶伸展和衰老而逐渐下降;②不同节位间叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶导性的平均值、最大值、最大值持续时

Dynamic Study on Photosynthesis, Transpiration, Conductance for Water Vapour and Respiration of Soybean Leaves during the Whole Growth Period

Abstract:Photosynthegis (A), transpiration (E), conductance for water vapour (G) and res-piration (R) in each leaf on main-stem of soybean plant were simul taneouslyexamined during its whole growth period to clarify their dynamic behaviors. The re-sults were as follows: The course of A per unit leaf area during leaf growth period was a rather steepincreased to a maximum value, achieved often at completion of leaf expansion from 1 to2 days later, the peak being usually followed by a slower decline for about 7 to 14days and the decreased quikeningly with progress of leaf senescence. At same time, thecourses of E and G appeared the same tendency as mentioned for A, but the maxi-mum valuas of E and G achieved together often 1 to 2 days before completion of leafexpansion. For the coures of R, meanwhile, it was higher after leaf unfolding andthen retardatoryly decreased step by step with leaf expansion. but after completion ofleaf explansion, it decreased very slow until leaf obvious senescence, and being quick-ened by rather progress of leaf senescence. These processes proceeded successively fromlower leaf to uper leaf on the main-stem during plant growth and development.However, the average value maximum value, maximum value duration andfunctional period of A, E and G and functional period of R were higer or longer inthe leaves which were located at between middle and upper nodes of main-stem andlow or short in the leaves which were located at the bottow nodes or top noddes ofmain-stem. All above mentioned were similar between determinate variety andsub-determinate variety, and also between pot-cultivated condition and field-cultivatedcondition. In terms of content, there were some differences in average value,maximum value maximum value duration and functional period of A, E and Gbetween the determinate variety and sub-determinate variety, and between the pot-cultivatedcondition and field cultivated condition.
