摘 要: | 为探讨枯草芽孢杆菌防治番茄青枯病的效果,进行枯草芽孢杆菌水剂防治番茄青枯病田间药效试验。方法:选取1亿孢子/ML枯草芽孢杆菌水剂300倍液、400倍液、500倍药液,在番茄青枯病发病前灌根施药。结果:对番茄青枯病的防效分别为91.29%、88.06%、84.41%,300倍处理与400倍处理的防效有显著差异,300、400倍与500倍处理的防效均有极显著差异。

Abstract: | In order to explore the effect of controlling tomato bacterial wilt by Bacillus subtilis,a field and effect experiment was conducted.Method: 1: 300,1: 400 and 1: 500 aquae of Bacillus subtilis(100 million spore/ML) were applied by means of root watering before the disease occurrence.Results: the control rates are 91.29%,88.06% and 84.41% respectively,there is obvious difference in control effect between 1: 300 and 1: 400 aquae treatments.The differences in control effect between 1: 300 and 1: 500,1: 400 and 1: 500 aquae treatments reach extra obvious level. |
