| 摘 要： | 电费回收是电力部门长期以来面临的重要课题.电力企业电费回收困难主要有管理不规范、地方行政部门干涉、用户缴费观念淡薄等原因,结合实际工作经验,探讨了新的形式下,搞好电费回收工作应采取建立强有力的领导班子、加大宣传力度、转变服务观念、调整收费方式等措施,以期对电费回收问题的解决提出有益的参考.
