| 摘 要： | 长期以来，云南省的灌溉处于封闭和落后状态，与全省社会，经济发展极不适应，深入部析了云南省农业灌溉的现状及存在的问题，提出今后农田灌溉理论研究与实践探索，灌水新技术推广应用必须注意的几个方面，使水利更好地为云南农业的发展服务。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the agricultural irrigation in Yunnan Province and the existing problems are deeply analyzed. Several aspests needing attention in theoretical study of farmland irrigation, practical probing and spreading new techniques of irrigation, are proposed so as to cause that the water conservancy projects can service the agricultural development in Yunnan Province. |
