水深和光照对黄鳝受精卵孵化率的影响

摘    要:对采用微流水孵化器黄鳝受精卵进行不同水深和光照孵化单因子试验。实验结果表明:在2~23 cm水层中,随水深增加孵化率降低。在不大于16 cm水深时可获得较高的孵化率,在离水面2 cm左右孵化最佳。不同光照试验结果表明,黄鳝受精卵长期在强光2 000 lx以上或长期弱光250 lx以下环境中孵化率较低。光照度在250~1 500 lx范围随光照加强孵化率提高。光照度在1 500 lx左右获得较佳孵化率。

Abstract:Effects of water depth and illumination on the hatching rate of ricefield eel zygote were studied by single factor experiments single fector experiment respectively.The results indicated that the hatching rate of zygote decreased when the depth increased from 2 cm to 23 cm.The experiment of illumination showed:the hatching rate appeared increaseing trend with the increasing of illumination from 250 lx to 1500 lx,and low hatching rate happened when the illumination was higher than 2000 lx or lower than 250 lx.
