| Abstract: | In response to the steady development of market economy and the influence brought by China's entry into the WTO, the editorial department of the Journal of Henan Agricultural Sciences had actively explored and made innovations with a pioneering spirit through publishing practice of many years. A variety of feasible measures were taken and the quality of the periodical was increasingly improved in regard to both external and internal aspects while its social effects and economic benefits were significantly enhanced. A new trial featuring self_subsistence and self_development was blazed, that was proved suitable for the periodical publication. |
