摘    要:选用国内外102份甘蔗亲本连续3年在甘蔗花叶病高发病生态区测试其抗性表现,以了解甘蔗常用亲本对甘蔗花叶病的抗性,为甘蔗抗花叶病育种亲本选配提供参考。结果表明,甘蔗花叶病发病症状以长条纹线条花叶病为主,其次是褪绿花叶病、褪绿花叶病+长条纹线条花叶病混合类型;花叶病发病率属遗传力中等偏高性状,受到调查时期、年度和植期的影响,随着花叶病发病率的升高,甘蔗株高、有效茎数和蔗产量都将明显下降,耐寒性也将减弱。抗性评价表明102份测试亲本中,GT03-2309、GT02-761和ROC26等8份亲本表现高抗,占7.84%;GT03-713、LC03-296和GT03-557等47份亲本表现抗病,占46.08%;CP09-4257、FN39和GT04-2679等44份亲本感病,占43.14%;GT04-2724、YT93-373和YG24三份亲本高感花叶病,占2.94%。与20年前相比,抗病亲本数量增多,说明抗甘蔗花叶病育种取得了较为良好的进展。

Abstract:To understand the resistance to sugarcane mosaic disease in commonly used sugarcane parents, and to provide reference for the selection of parents in sugarcane breeding for mosaic resistance, Testing on sugarcane mosaic disease resistance of 102 accessions of domestic and foreign sugarcane parents were carried out in highincidence ecological areas for three consecutive years. The results showed that the main symptoms of sugarcane mosaic disease were linear streak mosaic disease, followed by light and dark green patches of mosaic disease, and the mixing type of light and dark green patches of mosaic disease and linear streak mosaic disease. The incidence of sugarcane mosaic disease was a trait with middle-high heritability, and was a trait affected by investigation period,year, and crop cycles. With the increased incidence of sugarcane mosaic disease, plant height, stalk number and cane yield decline significantly, and cold tolerance became poor. Resistance evaluation showed that among the 102 tested accessions, 8 parents GT03-2309, GT02-761 and ROC26, etc., showed highly resistance, accounting for7.84%;47 parents included GT03-713, LC03-296 and GT03-557, etc., showed moderate resistance, accounting for46.08%;44 parents, included CP09-4257, FN39 and GT04-2679, etc., were susceptible, accounting for 43.14%;parents GT04-2724, YT93-373 and YG24 were highly susceptible to mosaic disease, accounting for 2.94%.Compared with the previous 20 years, the number of disease-resistant parents increased, which indicated that good progress had been made in breeding for sugarcane mosaic disease.
