| 摘 要： | 水资源匮乏、旱灾频繁成为制约阜新地区农业和农村经济发展的主要因素之一。阐述在阜新地区实施保护性耕作的意义,介绍阜新地区保护性耕作技术发展现状,在总结多年实践经验的基础上,针对阜新地区实施机械化保护性耕作的实际情况,探讨了阜新地区保护性耕作发展的方向。

| Abstract: | Lack of water resources and frequent drought have become bottlenecks to the growth of Fuxin agriculture. This article deals with the significance of implementing mechanized protective cultivation and the actuality of this development. On the basis of reviewing the past years' experience and in consideration of the actuality in this respect, measures and proposals for the future development of mechanized protective cultivation for Fuxin area are put forward. |
