羊驼核糖体蛋白S5(RPS5)基因与绒毛生长发育的研究

摘    要:利用southern blotting技术从羊驼皮肤cDNA文库中筛选出核糖体蛋白S5(RPS5)基因,对该基因进行测序,通过对羊驼RPS5基因的序列结构特点及编码氨基酸与其它哺乳动物的进行比较分析,从而发现羊驼RPS5基因的特性;并对序列进行生物信息学分析,确定基因发挥功能的特殊结构域,进而对羊驼RPS5基因的功能进行分析研究,为以后的相关研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Using southern blotting technique,ribosomal protein S5 gene was selected from the alpaca skin DNA library(Ribosomal protein S5,RPS5).The gene was sequenced and then the sequences of nucleotide and deduced amino acid were compared with those of the other mammalian to find its character.The gene sequence was analyzed by the method of the bioinformatics to determine its special functional structure.The result founded the basis for the more related research in the future..
