摘    要:线辣椒是辣椒的一个重要类型.为了直观地从花蕾大小或花药的形态特征来判断小孢子发育时期,为线辣椒育种、杂交制种等提供技术借鉴,以3个不同的线辣椒育种品系(No.2、No.3和No.6)为材料,采用醋酸洋红染色法对处于不同发育时期的花药进行染色、观察,并与相应的花蕾发育大小、形态进行比较.结果表明:线辣椒小孢子发育经花粉母...
