猕猴桃离体生根期间抗氧化系统的变化

摘    要:以美味猕猴桃品种海沃德组培苗为试材,研究了生根过程中抗氧化系统的变化规律及其相互关系。结果表明,在美味猕猴桃海沃德组培苗生根过程中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和抗坏血酸(ASA)含量先增加后下降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性先降低后升高;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量先下降后升高,接着又降低。与对照相比,NAA不同程度地提高了抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量,说明猕猴桃体内较高水平的抗氧化能力对生根具有促进作用。

Abstract:The changes of antioxidation system and their relations in kiwifruit during rooting culture in vitro were studied with the tissue cultured "Hayward" shoots.The results showed that the SOD activity,the ASA content first increased and then declined constantly.The activity of POD declinied during the first 4 days,and then increased in the following days.Both GSH content and CAT activity increased after an obvious decline,and finally declined.Compared with the control,activity and content of the antioxidation system were obviously raised by NAA,indicating that the higher activity of antioxidation system had an important promoting effect on rooting culture in vitro in kiwifruit.
