| 摘 要： | 党的十七届三中全会提出了“推进农村改革发展”的要求，如何推进平川农村改革发展，根据三中全会《决定》的要求，结合平川区实际情况，主要从农业现代化建设途径、农业结构性调整、推农业科技创新与应用、完善农村基础设施、规模化产业化经营、农业社会化服务体系和积极开拓国内外市场7个方面进行了探索。

| Abstract: | According to the Third Plenum ＂decision＂ requirement, combined with the actual situation in Pingchuan District of Pingchuan District agricultural modernization made some consider, the main pathway from the agricultural modernization, agricultural structural adjustment, push the innovation and application of agricultural science and technology, improve rural infrastructure, large-scale industrialization of the agricultural social service system and actively explore both domestic and intemational markets to explore seven aspects. |
