| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆植棉区2019年棉花生产和育种情况、种业情况的调研,阐述了2019年新疆棉花生产发展现状、品种审定推广情况、种业发展现状。从棉花品种“多乱杂”情况依然是棉花生产的主要问题、地方堡垒保护主义较严重、知识产权保护力度不够、市场监督与规范种子生产加工力度不够等方面分析了棉花生产中品种的困境;从机采棉种质资源匮乏、创新能力不足,育种目标与生产需求不符,品种选育方法老套、高效育种技术体系仍不完善等方面分析了新疆机采棉品种存在的问题,并提出了新疆棉花品种需求;从种业创新能力、服务能力、竞争力、依法治理能力方面提出了新疆棉花种业发展方向。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of cotton production,breeding and seed industry in Xinjiang cotton planting areas in 2019,the development status of Xinjiang cotton production,variety certification and promotion,and seed industry development status in 2019 are elaborated.Analyzed the dilemma of cotton production from aspects such as the“multiple messiness”of cotton varieties is still the main problem of cotton production,the local fortress protectionism is more serious,intellectual property protection is insufficient,the market supervision and standardization of seed production and processing are insufficient,etc.;From the aspects of lack of machine-picked cotton germplasm resources,lack of innovation ability,breeding goals inconsistent with production requirements,old-fashioned breeding methods,and incomplete high-efficiency breeding technology system,the problems of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton varieties are analyzed,and the demand of Xinjiang cotton varieties was put forward.From the aspects of seed industry innovation ability,service ability,competitiveness,and legal governance ability,the development direction of Xinjiang cotton seed industry is proposed. |
