摘 要: | 以不同浓度的壳聚糖和Vc复合作为涂膜剂,对成熟油桃进行涂膜处理,在室温条件下贮藏,研究壳聚糖复合膜涂膜处理对油桃果实贮藏期品质的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的壳聚糖和Vc涂膜效果明显优于未经涂膜的对照组,其中最佳的保鲜处理组合为1.0%壳聚糖+1.5%Vc的涂膜处理。

Effect of Chitosan Composite Coating on Nectarine Fresh-keeping |

Abstract: | The effect of treacting with various contents of the mixture of chitosan and vitamin C on Nectar?ine fresh-keeping was conducted. The result showed that Nectarine coated with chitosan and vitamin C could maintain better preserving characterisitics than those uncoated. The best composite coating film was chitosan 1% and vitamin C 1.5%. |
