| 摘 要： | 我省1998年和2003年的森林资源连续清查,有林地面积从209.04万hm2增加到238.39万hm2,年均增5.87万hm2;森林覆盖率由12.52%增加到14.27%,年均增0.35%。本文根据有林地变化动态,进行了原因分析,并提出了今后增加林地面积,提高森林覆盖率的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on investigation of forest resources of the whole province in1998 and 2003,the forest land area had increased from2.0904million hm2 to 2.3839 million hm2;the forest coverage had increased from 12.52% to 14.27%.According to the analysis on dynamic chang of forest land,the measure had been proposed to increase forest coverage by extending the forest land area. |
