闽南丘陵区防火路改建米老排防火林带的研究

摘    要:文中对闽南丘陵区防火路改建米老排防火林带进行试验研究。结果表明:米老排具有较强的防火性能。是优良的防火树种。米老排在原防火路较差的土壤条件下,7年生平均树高达5.07m、平均胞径6.3cm、达到中等速生水平。同时具有改良土壤,涵养水源等生态效益。

Abstract:Mytilaria laosensis is a fast growing and desirable fire-resistant species. The average tree height and diameter at breast-height of 7-year-old Mytilaria laosensis reached 5.07m and 6.3 cm, even though the soil condition of the old fire road is very poor. Comparing with fire road, the Mytilaria laosensis fire belt not only possess ecological benefits, such as serving fire prevention function, improving physical and chemical soil properties and conserving water, but also possess notable economic benefit.
