合作猪染色体的研究

摘    要:采用微量外周血淋巴细胞培养以及Ag-NORs染色、C-分带技术,对合作猪染色体的核型、核仁组成区以及结构异染色质进行了研究。结果表明,合作猪染色体阳性银染核仁组成为1,2,3和4的频率分别为0.00,0.22,0.47和0.31,平均有3.02条染色体的核仁组成区被正染,Ag-NORs联会的频率为1.29%;合作猪染色体C-带类型趋于稳定。

Abstract:Using peripheral blood lymphocyte culturing and banding techniques, the karyotype, C-banding patterns, Ag-NORs number and their distribution for chinese local breed Hezuo pig chromosomes were studied. The results showed that the frequency of Ag-NORs was 0 (one Ag-NORs), 0.22(two Ag-NORs), 0.47(three Ag-NORs) and 0.31(four Ag-NORs) respectively, the average Ag-NORs number was 3.02. The frequency of associations between chromosomes bearing Ag-NORs in each metaphase cell was 1.29%. The types of C-banding tend to be constantly in Hezuo pig.
