摘    要:本文在活体测量的基础上,分析了7个甘蔗示范品种和对照种闽糖70-611在不同光合有效辐射(PAR)下+1叶的净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸强度(ε)、水分利用效率(WUE)的变化情况,并对冠层总的同化量进行估算。结果表明:甘蔗不同品种+1叶的Pn随PAR变化较大,但冠层总的同化量与单叶的Pn没有明显的相关性,各品种的光呼吸强度不大,变化在2.2×10-2-2.5×10-2μmmol·m-2·s-1之间;WUE除福农89-209、福蔗87-10与对照品种相当外,其余均比对照种高,且这种差异与Pn无正相关性。

The Photosynthetic Characteristics and Estimation of Canopy Photo- sythetic Yield of Different Sugarcane Varieties at the Elongation Stage
Abstract:Based on intact observation, seven sugarcane varieties and one control variety-MT70-611 were used to analyze the differences of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), photoerspiration rate(e), water use efficiency(WUE) of the +1 leaf under various photosynthetic available radiations (PAR). Meanwhile their canopy photosynthetic yields were estimated. The results indicated that the +1 leaf Pn of different varieties varied remarkably with PAR, but their canopy photosynthetic yields were not related to single-leaf Pn, their photorespiration rates changed from 2.2×10-2to 2.5×10-2μmmol·m-2·s-1,their WUEs were higher than the control except FN89-209, FZ87-10 and the difference of was not positively correlated to the +1 leaf Pn.
