汞、铅对草鱼的急性毒性及安全浓度评价

摘    要:采用静水法生物测试研究了重金属汞、铅对草鱼鱼苗的急性毒性,旨在评价水环境中汞和铅对鱼类的影响。结果表明:汞对草鱼鱼苗的毒性属于剧毒,而铅属于中等毒性。汞和铅对草鱼鱼苗24、48、729、6 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.4310、.388、0.3750、.362 mg/L;586.860、582.6735、82.673、576.412 mg/L。汞和铅对草鱼鱼苗的安全浓度分别为0.0365、7.641 mg/L,远远高于渔业水质标准。

Abstract:Acute toxicity of Mercury and lead to Grass carps' fries was studied with the static test method.It was conducted to evaluate the impact of mercury and lead on fishes.The results showed that mercury to Grass carps' fries was a drastic toxicant,while lead was a median toxicant.The LC50 of mercury to grass carps' fries were 0.431,0.388,0.375,0.362 mg/L in 24,48,72,96 h respectively,while LC50 of lead to grass carps' fries were 586.860,582.673,582.673,576.412 mg/L.The safe concentrations of mercury and lead are 0.036 and 57.641 mg/L respectively.The safe concentrations of mercury and lead to Grass carps' fries were far higher than the standard of Fishery Water Quality.
