| 摘 要： | 对采自内蒙古赤峰、辽宁阜新、甘肃景泰、山东潍坊、陕西淳化、陕西杨凌等6个主要栽植区文冠果种子大小、质量、含油率、脂肪酸成分等进行了测定分析,结果为不同产地所产文冠果种子大小、质量存在差异,种子含油率19.1%~29.9%,文冠果油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,其中主要成分油酸含量为28.7%~33.9%、亚油酸含量为41.6%~44.7%。
