纤维素刚果红培养基筛选产纤维素酶菌株的影响因素研究

摘    要:在利用纤维素刚果红鉴别培养基大量筛选纤维素分解菌的工作中,温度、培养基、pH值、接种量直接关系到筛选结果和工作效率,本研究通过比较与分析这些因素对水解圈出现的时间和生长速度的影响,摸索出既适合实验操作又经济节约的操作方案,为菌株的进一步大量筛选奠定技术基础。

Abstract:In work of research on using culture medium containing cellulose and congo red differential medium for screening microorganism producing cellulase,the temperature,pH of the medium,inoculum size directly influence screening result and work efficiency.The paper analyzed influence of these aspects on appearance time of hydrolyze circle and growth speed,find out a suitable and economizing operation for lab,which establish a technology base for screening more microorganism.
