| 摘 要： | 巴渝特早是从福建引进的福鼎大白茶群体中,经单株选择、无性繁殖和多年系统观察、筛选、培育而成的适制绿茶的茶树新品种。多年的品系比较及区域试验表明,该品种具有春季萌芽特早、春茶产量高、适应性强、全年生育期长、适制性好、综合性状优的特点,尤其适合开发名优早茶,制作的名优茶品质优异,春茶萌展期较福鼎大白茶提早10~15 d,全年生育期达280 d左右,较福鼎大白茶长15~22 d,平均单产较对照福鼎大白茶高20.5%,水浸出物含量35.43%、多酚类23.01%、咖啡碱2.82%、氨基酸3.15%、酚氨比7.30;其中,水浸出物、氨基酸含量均高于福鼎大白茶,酚氨比明显低于福鼎大白茶;适制名优绿茶,制茶品质优良;抗旱性和抗虫性较强,可在西南、江南、华南茶区海拔1000 m以下地区作为名优绿茶品种种植。

| Abstract: | ’Bayu Tezao’is a new tea cultivar suitable for making green tea,which was introduced from Fuding White Tea in Fujian province through individual selection,asexual reproduction,and systematically observation,screen and cultivation for many years.The test research on strain comparison and regional trial for years indicated ing time in spring,high yield of spring tea,strong adaptability,long year-round growth period and excellent comprehensive characterictics.It was especially suitable for making green tea with good quality.The sprouting time was 10-15 days earlier than that of Fuding White Tea.The annual growth period was about 280 days,which was 15-22 days longer than Fuding White Tea and the average yield was 20.5%higher than that of the Fuding White Tea.The water extract content,polyphenols,caffeine,amino acid and phenol ammonia ratio were 35.43%,23.01%,2.82%,3.15%and 7.30.The content of water extract and amino acid were higher than those of Fuding White Tea,and the phenol ammonia ratio was significantly lower than that of Fuding White Tea.This cultivar has strong drought resistance and insect resistance,which can be used as a famous green tea cultivar planted in southwest,Jiangnan and South China,with an altitude below 1000 m. |
