多花黑麦草+燕麦混播草地地上生物量和营养品质动态研究

摘    要:为探讨添加不同播量的燕麦(Avena sativa L.)进行混播以及刈割茬次对多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lam.)草地地上生物量和营养品质的影响,本研究设100%多花黑麦草(H0)、100%多花黑麦草+25%燕麦(HY1)、100%多花黑麦草+50%燕麦(HY2)、100%多花黑麦草+75%燕麦(HY3)与100%燕麦(Y0)5个处理,通过测定株高、分蘖、茎叶比、鲜干草产量、粗蛋白含量、体外消化率、纤维素及水溶性碳水化合物含量来研究各处理地上生物量和营养品质动态变化。结果表明,不同混播比例对分蘖数、可消化干物质含量、中性洗涤纤维含量和累计粗蛋白产量有显著性影响(P<0.05),而对株高、茎叶比、水溶性碳水化合物含量等其他田间生产性状和营养品质指标无显著性影响(P<0.05);刈割茬次对除株高和粗蛋白含量以外的其他指标均具有显著性影响(P<0.05);不同混播比例与刈割茬次对株高、分蘖数、茎叶比、粗蛋白含量、酸性洗涤纤维含量、单茬干物质产量、单茬粗蛋白产量、可消化干物质含量和单茬可消化干物质产量具有交互效应(P<0.05)。处理HY1(25%燕麦添加量)的资源互补利用性较好,多花黑麦草竞争优势稳定,饲草饲喂价值及生产性能均较高,累计干物质产量达19 445.30 kg·hm-2、累计粗蛋白产量达2 814.04 kg·hm-2、累计可消化干物质产量达13 135.30 kg·hm-2,为四川农区多花黑麦草人工草地最佳燕麦混播组合。

Abstract:To explore the effect of the mixing ratio of oats(Avena sativa L.)and cutting times on the biomass and nutritional quality of annual ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum Lam.),the study set up 5 treatments:Annual ryegrass 100%(H 0),100%annual ryegrass and 25%common oat(HY 1),100%annual ryegrass and 50%common oat(HY 2),100%annual ryegrass and 75%common oat(HY 3),and 100%common oat(Y 0).The dynamic changes in biomass and nutrient value in each treatment were studied by determined the plant height,tiller,stem and leaf ratio,herbage yield,crude protein content,in vitro dry matter digestibility,fiber and water-soluble carbohydrate content.The results show that the different mixing ratio has significant effects on the tiller number,digestible dry matter content,neutral washing fiber content and cumulative crude protein yield(P<0.05),while not on other field productive and nutritional quality indicators,such as plant height,stem leaf ratio or water-soluble carbohydrate content(P<0.05).Different cutting times have significant effects on the indicators other than the plant height and crude protein content(P<0.05).There exist significant interactive effects of mixing ratio and cutting times on acid washing fiber content,dry substance yield,coarse protein yield,in vitro dry matter digestibility and in vitro dry matter digestibility production(P<0.05).The HY 1(25%oats)have a better feeding value,production performance of the forage,and complementary utilization of resources,with higher production of dry matter(19445.30 kg·hm-2),crude protein(2814.04 kg·hm-2)and digestive dry matter(13135.30 kg·hm-2),which is the best common oat mixed combination for the artificial annual ryegrass grassland in Sichuan agricultural region.
