| 摘 要： | 通过高温好氧堆肥,对接种VT菌剂处理与不接种处理的堆肥过程中微生物数量及生化指标进行分析比较,研究了接种VT菌剂对堆肥过程的影响。结果表明,接种VT菌剂堆肥比不接种堆肥高温维持时间长,细菌和放线菌数量多,但对真菌数量的影响不大,接种VT菌剂堆肥比不接种堆肥的纤维素酶和脲酶活性高,大肠杆菌群数及植物毒性比不接种的降低的幅度大。说明接种VT菌剂不仅使堆肥中微生物数量增多,而且使微生物的活性升高,加速了堆料中有机物的分解,从而加速堆肥反应进程,提高堆肥处理效率,有效杀灭病原微生物。

| Abstract: | The present investigation studied mechanism of inoculation of VT microbes on aerobic composting process by recording dynamics of temperature,the number of microorganism and biochemistry indexes.It has been found that the inoculated compost with inoculation of the microbes was characterized by keeping longer period at high temperature,more number of both bacteria and actinomyces,higher activity of cellulose enzyme and urease,less Escherichia coli and toxicity reducing than the control compost.The results indicated that inoculating VT microbes was effectively capable of improving bioactivity,speeding maturity of the compost and shortening the time of composting process. |
