摘    要:鹿产品是珍贵的中药材,目前市场上存在着严重的以假充真,以次充好的现象,科研工作者对鹿产品的检测做了大量的研究工作。作者回顾了近年来鹿产品检测方面的研究进展,分别从性状检测、显微检测、理化检测及分子检测等几种主要检测方法进行综述,为鹿产品检测的进一步研究提供了参考依据,同时提出了鹿产品检测中存在的问题及进一步研究方向。

Abstract:Deer products are valuable traditional Chinese medicine.In the market,the phenomenon of mixing the false with the genuine is ubiquitous.Scientific researchers have done lots of works on it.The paper summarizes the methods which can identify the deer products and reviews the advances on the identification of deer products in these years.These identification methods include morphological identification method,microscopic method,physiochemical characteristics method and molecular biology methods.The paper provides a reference for further study,raises some questions and puts forward further research directions in the identification of deer products.
