黄连木种子处理的研究

摘    要:笔者采用不同的方法对黄连木的种子进行处理。试验结果表明,种子吸水性较好;黄连木种子低温沙藏100d可达到最高发芽率16 2%;稀土100、200、400mg/L溶液24h处理,低温沙藏100d对促进种子的发芽作用显著;赤霉素100mg/L溶液处理再经低温沙藏20d可显著提高种子发芽,发芽率达到26 7%,并缩短种子萌发时间。

Abstract:Different methods on the seed of Pistacia chinensis Bunge were ured. The experiment proved that the seeds have better water penetration. Highest germination percentage was 16.2% by low temperature stratification 100 days . Germination percentage was raised remarkably by treatments of rare earth 100,200,400 mg/L and soaked by 24 hours,then 100 days low temperation stratification. Germination percentage was raised by GA and the time for gemination was decreased, germination percentage reached 26.7% by the treatment of GA 100 mg/L and 20 days low temperation stratification.
