黄芪多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:为黄芪多糖的进一步开发利用打下基础,选取黄芪多糖的提取时间、提取温度和料液比3个因素进行了单因素试验。结果表明:温度、提取时间和料液比3个单因素的最佳条件分别为90℃、60 min和1∶8。其温度、提取时间和料液体积的最佳组合条件有待进一步研究。

One-way ANOVA of Extracting Procedure parameters of Astragalus Polysaccharide

Abstract:One-way ANOVA experiment on extracting time,extracting temperature and the ratio of solid to solution were conducted,in order to find the response of astragalus polysaccharide's yield to these factors.Parameters were analyzed by regression equation,and optimized with response surface methodology.It showed that at the temperature of 100℃,on the condition of the 1∶8 ratio of solid to solution,the sugars reached the maximum concentration in 60 min.However,at the same temperature,for the 60 min extraction,the sugar concentration reached the maximum on the 1∶6 ratio.Still on the 1∶6 ratio,the sugar concentration reached the maximum at the temperature of 100℃ in 60 min.The optimized joints of these three parameters were basically consistent.
