| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank中绵羊β-防御素(SBD-1)的全长cDNA序列设计合成1对引物,PCR扩增SBD-1基因并与T载体成功连接,然后将其成熟肽编码片段亚克隆到毕赤酵母表达载体Ppic9k上,构建真核表达质粒Ppic9k-mSBD-1,将其在毕赤酵母GS115中进行分泌表达,表达产物纯化后进行活性鉴定。结果表明,mSBD-1对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,而且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用更为明显。 |

| Abstract: | The ovis β-defensin（SBD-1） was linked with the T vector.And the region of coding mature peptide was subcloned with the Ppic9k（Pichia pastoris expression vector）.The recombination vector Ppic9k-mSBD-1 was constructed and secreted in GS115.The secretion was purified and the activity was determined.The result showed that mSBD-1 can inhibit the growth of the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the inhibition was significantly on Staphylococcus aureus. |
