摘    要:通过典型区域调研,全面查明了湖南省主要蔬菜基地的主要肥力特征与环境硝酸盐的污染现状,阐明了土壤硝态氮和地下水硝酸盐的分布特点与成因,发现菜园土硝态氮的含量主要与距施氮时间长短密切相关;系统分析各类蔬菜硝酸盐的污染现状及其分布特征,探明了蔬菜硝酸盐的污染与其施氮水平和生态环境等的关系及其发展趋势,指出叶菜类的硝酸盐污染最为严重,是蔬菜硝酸盐污染防控研究的重点。

Abstract:With field survey in typical region, the soil fertility properties of the main vegetable production bases and nitrate pollution status in the environment were found out. The distribution of soil nitrate and grounder water nitrate, together with the reasons of their changing were revealed. Nitrate content in vegetable garden soil was mainly determined by the time since nitrogen fertilizers application last time. The nitrate pollution status and regional distribution characteristics of the main vegetable products were analyzed systematically. The changing trend of the vegetable nitrate pollution and the correlations between the nitrate pollution of vegetable and the amount of applied nitrogen fertilizer, growing conditions were also investigated and revealed. It is pointed out that the nitrate pollution of leafy vegetable were most serious and should be paid more attention.
