刨花楠叶精油化学成分的初步研究

摘    要:关于刨花楠(Machilus pauhoi Kanchira)叶油的化学成分,至今尚未见报导。由水蒸汽蒸馏而得的油,经气相色谱——质谱法分离分析,检出59个组分,即萜类及其氧化物28个组分、脂肪族化合物19个组分、薁化物6个组分,氢化萘4个组分及芳香族化合物2个组分。本种油的主要成分是C_3—C_(12)的醛,含量28.48%。本实验为开发天然香料品种提供科学依据。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Machilus pa-uhoi Kanchira, which had not been studied prior to this report, have been examined by GC-MS-COM. 59 compounds were positively identified; including 28 terpenes and their oxides, 19 atiphatic compounds, 6 azulenes, 4 hy -drogenated naphthalenes and, 2 aromatic compounds. The main constituents of this oil were C_8-C_(12) atiphatic aldehydes (28.48% ).
