小麦高低分子量谷蛋白亚基和GMP含量与主要品质指标的关系

摘    要:目的]为小麦品种的品质改良提供理论依据。方法]以14个绵阳系列小麦品种为材料,研究高低分子量谷蛋白亚基、GMP含量及其与主要品质指标的关系。结果]14个品种高低分子量谷蛋白亚基含量变化范围均较广,为2.9~46.0mg/g和24.3~72.9mg/g。71.42%的品种属于HMW!GS含量较低的类型,78.57%的品种HMW!GS含量对总谷蛋白亚基含量的贡献率较低。不同品种总谷蛋白亚基含量各异,M35最高,其次是M33。92.85%的品种GMP含量低于200.0mg/g。HMW!GS含量与GMP含量呈显著的负相关关系(r=-0.3428)。低分子量谷蛋白亚基含量和总谷蛋白亚基含量与SDS!沉降值之间都呈显著的正相关关系。结论]HMW!GS和GMP的含量较低是限制绵阳系列小麦品质改良的重要因素,LMW!GS在改良中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of wheat varieties.Method With 14 wheat varieties of Mianyang series as materials,the contents of high molecular weight glutelin subunits(HMW-GS)and low molecular weight glutelin subunits(LMW-GS),GMP content and their relationships with main quality indexes in wheat were studied.Result The changing ranges of HMW-GS content and LMW-GS content in 14 varieties were both wide,being 2.9~46.0 mg/g and 24.3~72.9 mg/g respectively.71.42 % varieties belonged to the type with lower content of HMW-GS.The content of HMW-GS in 78.57 % varieties had lower contribution rate to the content of total glutelin subunits.The contents of total glutelin subunits in different varieties were different,and that of M35 was highest,followed by M33.The contents of GMP in 92.85 % varieties were less than 200.0 mg/g.The relationship between HMW-GS content and GMP content was significantly negative correlation(r=-0.342 8).The LMW-GS content and the content of total glutelin subunits all showed significant positive correlation with SDS-sedimentation value.Conclusion Lower contents of HMW-GS and GMP were important factors that restricted the quality improvement of Mianyang series of wheat and LMW-GS played an important role in the improvement.
