芡实黄酮类物质的提取及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:以紫花苏芡和紫花刺芡种仁为原料,采用直接和超声波辅助的方法提取其中的黄酮类物质并对其抗氧化性进行了研究。结果表明,两种不同芡实类黄酮物质的DPPH清除效果相当,但紫花刺芡提取物对羟基自由基的清除能力不及紫花苏芡。通过对超声功率、提取温度和时间、料液比等参数进行优化,得到直接提取的最佳工艺条件为温度80℃、时间4h、料液比1∶25(m/V)。超声波辅助浸提时,超声功率500W、料液比1∶20(m/V)、时间20min。

Abstract:The kernel of seed of two cultivars of Euryale ferox Salisb,Zihuasuqian and Zihuaciqian,were investigated to obtain the optimal extraction conditions with 95% (v/v) ethanol as solvent. The direct extraction could be conducted at 80℃,4 h and 1∶25 (m/V),while supersonication aided extraction could give the best yield at 500 W,1∶20 (m/V) and 20 min. According to the anti free radical trials,the extract of Zihuasuqian was almost as active as those of Zihuaciqian to quench DPPH,however,it showed a better function in cleaning up the hydroxyl radical than the latter one did.
