| 骡鸭肥肝生产性能的研究 | |
| 摘 要： | 本研究测定了用番鸭作父本和北京鸭作母本的杂优骡鸭的产肝性能，结果表明：骡鸭填饲２１ｄ后肥肝重为４９０．００±１１５．６０ｇ，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），料肝比２５．４５∶１。通过不同饲养管理方式比较试验，采用笼养以浸玉米填饲育肥２１ｄ后肥肝重为５６８．３５±８７．５５ｇ，料肝比２４．３４∶１。 |

Study on Performance of Fatliver Production of Mule Duck |

| Abstract: | The performance of fatliver production of Mule Duck from Muscovy duck crossed with Peking duck was tested. The result showed that the fatliver weight of Mule Duck force-fed for 21 days is 490.00±115.60 g, with significant increase over Peking duck, the feed-fatliver ratio is 25.45∶1. The comparative experiment on different feeding ways showed that the fatliver weight of Mule Duck force-fed with soaked corn in cage for 21 days is 569.35±87.55 g, the feed-fatliver ratio is 24.34∶1. |
