摘    要:试验应用ISSR技术分析了杏鲍菇生产性菌株的DNA序列多态性,从20个引物中筛选出11个ISSR引物对12个杏鲍菇生产性菌株基因组DNA进行PCR扩增。结果表明,这些杏鲍菇菌株遗传相似系数为0.68~1.00。采用平均分类法UPGMA分析表明,在遗传相似系数为0.83处可将这12个杏鲍菇生产性菌株分成3类。

Abstract:Inter-simple sequence reqeats (ISSR) methods were used to analyze the DNA sequence polymorphism of cultivated Pleurotus erngii strains. 11 primers were chosed for ISSR among 20 primers. Genomic DNA of Pleurotus erngii were amplified by 11 primers using PCR. The results showed that the genetic similar coefficients (GSC) were 0.68~1.00. Cultivated strains were divided into 3 groups at GSC 0.83 based on the cluster analysis of UPGMA method.
