| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的不断普及和深入，大学生就业创业能力的加强是高校学生工作中一项极为重要指标，而通过科学商店开展行之有效的社会实践活动是提升其就业创业竞争力的重要途径之一。研究了科学商店活动对于高职学生在社会适应能力、专业能力、思想道德品质、职业精神等方面的影响，总结出科学商店活动提升大学生就业创业能力的优化方案，进一步提升大学生就业、创业的综合竞争力。

| Abstract: | With the expansion and deepening of higher education,the strengthening of university students' employment ability is an extremely important indicators,and carrying out effective social practice activities by science with science shop is one of the important ways to improve their employment business competitiveness.After studying the influence of science shop activities on the social adaptation ability,professional ability,the ideological and moral quality,professional spirit,etc,on the higher vocational students,this paper sums up optimized plan for enhancing students' employment ability,which can further promote entrepreneur-ship and comprehensive competitiveness for the students. |
