| 摘 要： | 校企合作模式可以实现学校和企业的资源共享，学校根据市场反馈，及时调整学生培训目标，满足市场需求，做好学生就业工作，同时校企合作的教学模式，也受到广大学生家长和就业机构的欢迎。文章分析了校企合作的特点，并就进入企业实训学生日常管理所遇到的问题，进行分析和思考。

| Abstract: | University-enterprise cooperation mode can implement the resources sharing of school and enterprise.According to market feedback,university timely adjusts students training objectivesto meet the market demandand give a good service to the studentsemployment.At the same time,university-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is also welcomed by the studentsˊparents and employment agencies.This paper analyzes the features of university-enterprise cooperation and gives an analysis and thinking on problems in daily management of the enterprise training students. |
