小型箱式组装谷物烘干机设计

摘    要:目前,国内谷物烘干机大部分为大型机械设备,占地面积大、成本高、难以移动,市场上缺少满足于中小型农户实际需求的烘干机。因此设计了一种可组装、热风余热再利用、循环干燥的小型谷物烘干机。该机采用箱式干燥机的结构、逆流循环干燥方法以及间歇式谷物干燥的工作方式,使用220V及380V交流电。创新设计的斗、锥状减速挡板,将烘干仓中的谷物均匀分散开来,提高烘干机烘干效率。烘干机具有移动、运输、存放方便,节能环保,自动排粮等特点。

Design of Small Box-type assembled Grain Dryer
Abstract:At present,most grain dryers in China are large equipment,which cover large area,cost much,are difficult to move. However,there is a lack of dryers meeting the actual demand of small-scale farmers.Luckily,a new dryer,which can be assembled freely,recycle waste heat,dry circularly,has been designed.This dryer adopts the box-type structure,the technique of circular counter-flow drying that the grain-flow is in the opposite direction of hot airflow,the working mode of intermittent drying,and the electric energy of 220V and 380V alternating current.The innovative design of the bucket and pyramid baffle,through which the grain-flow disperses,increase drying efficiency.The dryer is convenient for moving,transport and storage,does good to energy sav-ing and environmental protection,discharge automatically,etc.
