| 摘 要： | 土壤结构影响着土壤中的各种物理、化学和生物学过程。近年来，X-射线CT已经发展为研究土壤结构的主要手段。本文首先介绍X射线CT的基本原理，然后总结了主要的CT类型及其在土壤结构研究中的应用。在此基础上，举例介绍了医用CT、工业显微CT和同步辐射显微CT在大土柱（直径100 mm，高200 mm）、小土柱（直径30 mm，高30 mm）和团聚体（直径5 mm）结构研究中的应用，利用CT图像的处理和分析方法，分析了不同大小样品的孔隙分布特征，讨论了综合利用不同类型CT研究不同尺度土壤结构的方法。

| Abstract: | Soil structure affects the physical, chemical, and biological processes occurring in the soil. X-ray computed tomography (CT) has become an important tool to characterize soil structure in recently years. The principle of X-ray CT was briefly introduced and use of different kinds of CT to study soil structure was summarized first. Then examples of using medical CT, industrial micro-CT, and synchrotron-based micro-CT to scan big soil column (diameter 100 mm, height 200 mm), small soil column (diameter 30 mm, height 30 mm), and soil aggregates (diameter 5 mm), respectively, were presented. Porosity, pore-size distribution, and vertical porosity distribution of different samples were analyzed with image analysis method. Comprehensive study of multi-scale soil structure using different kind of CT was discussed. |
