| Abstract: | By establishing guiding ideology, development concept, development ideas and basic principles, and integrating with actual development of modern tropical crops in Panzhihua, this study had made construction plan, periodical tasks and industrial targets more clearly, and the overall layout of important industries for modern tropical crops were drawn up. Subsequently, some corresponding management and operation mechanism were discussed. |
