| Abstract: | The operating principles,main characteristics,and state of art of the remote diagnose system are discussed.The model and method for achieving concentrated apple juice on-line quality inspection and remote diagnose are put forward.Finally,the application possibility and existing problems of remote diagnostic technique into food processing industry are analyzed. |
