东北地区蔬菜大棚内黄瓜枯萎病病株上镰孢菌的分离和鉴定

摘    要:自东北三省蔬菜大棚内采集38株未嫁接黄瓜的枯萎病病株,采用组织分离法,共获得376株镰孢菌,根据形态鉴定,确定属于6种镰孢菌,其中尖孢镰孢(Fusarium oxysporum)占82.18%,木贼镰孢(F.equiseti)占9.31%,腐皮镰孢(F.solani)占4.52%,半裸镰孢(F.semitectum)占2.93%,串珠镰孢(F.moniliforme)和锐顶镰孢(F.acuminatum)分别只占0.53%。从辽宁省采集的8株长势弱的嫁接黄瓜植株根茎上分离到20株镰孢菌,分别为串珠镰孢(8株)、尖孢镰孢(7株)、半裸镰孢(4株)和木贼镰孢(1株)。

Abstract:376 isolates of Fusarium species were obtained from 38 cucumber plants showing wilt symptom in vegetable greenhouses in Northeastern China.Based on morphological characteristics,these isolates were identified to 6 species,namely F.oxysporum(82.1%),F.equiseti(9.31%),F.solani(4.52%),F.semitectum(2.93%),F.moniliforme(0.53%) and F.acuminatum(0.53%).20 Fusarium isolates were got from 8 grafted cucumber plants growing weakly in vegetable greenhouses in Liaoning Province,they belong to F.moniliforme(8 isolates),F.oxysporum(7 isolates),F.semitectum(4 isolates) and F.equiseti(1 isolate).
