安徽省大豆蛋白资源的研究

摘    要:据分析102个栽培大豆品种和48份野生大豆材料,在地跨29-35°N之间的安徽省,栽培大豆蛋白质含量和品种原产地的纬度呈显著负相关,其相关系数为-0.9838.野生大豆蛋白含量与原产地纬度相关不明显,呈马鞍形分布,峰值出现在32°N地区.这个结果为栽培大豆起源于黄淮流域的论点提供了某些旁证,也给我们创造了有利条件来提高大豆品种的蛋白质含量.但我省大豆品种资源的含硫氨基酸含量较低,可能与蛋白质含量高有关.因此,欲提高安徽省高蛋白大豆品种中含硫氨基酸在氨基酸总量中的比值,拟需引进新种质加以改进.

STUDY ON PROTEIN RESOURCES OF SOYBEAN IN ANHUI
Abstract:The protein content of 102 varieties of G. max and 48 materials of G.soja were analysed in Anhui, located in regions of latitude 29-35°N. Theresults showed that negative correlation between the protein content ofG. max and latitude of their original place was remarkably(the correlativecoefficient was-0.9838). While correlation between the protein contentof G. soja and latitude of their original place was unremarkably, and dis-tributed to a saddle shape, the summit values of the curve appeared in re-gions of latitude 32°N. This results furnished a few side evidences to theargument with the G. max originated from the Huaihe and HuaiheRiver valley, and makes the favourable factors that we may improve theprotein content of soybean varieties. But the methionine and cystinecontent of soybean variety-resources in Anhui are lower, which could berelated to the high protein content of soybean. Hence, for increasing theratio of methionine and cystine content in total amino acids of soybeanvarieties with high protein content, it will be improved by using thenew germplasm introduced.
