Abstract:SO2 acute in jury of seven table grapes at room temperature was studied.The resultss howed that the sequence of acute injury threshold of grapes was "Hongb aoshi" < "Red Globe"< "Manai"< "Autum black"< "Kyoho"< "Muscate hamburg"< Longyan".The bleaching index had verys trong correlation with the fumigation concent ration and time,and the fumigation concent ration showed the greatest effect on acute injury.Epidermis and stem were probably the two mainent rances of SO2 into grape fruit.
